Marjo Flykt

Marjo Flykt is a University Lecturer and Docent (Associate Professor) in Developmental and Clinical Psychology at the Department of Psychology and Logopedics, University of Helsinki. She specializes in clinical skills for psychologists working with children and adolescents and serves as a Supervisor in the Doctoral Programme in Human Behavior, focusing on attachment theory, emotion regulation, and perinatal mental health.

Her research explores parental bonding, child sleep problems, social-emotional development, and trauma-informed care through longitudinal studies and clinical interventions.
