Marjan Milošević

Dr. Marjan Milošević is an Associate Professor at the Department of Information Technologies, Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak, University of Kragujevac, Serbia. His academic work focuses on e-learning systems, information security, and computer networks. He serves as Head of the doctoral academic study program in Information Technology and manages the e-learning system at his institution.

• Education: PhD in 'Development and implementation of a security module and its impact on the quality of e-education' (2016), Master's in Information Technology (2008), and Bachelor in Engineering and Informatics (2003), all from Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak.

Research interests span e-learning security, technology acceptance models, software testing optimization, and remote/distributed education systems. He has developed methodologies for integrating security into educational platforms and explored BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) adoption in classrooms.

Recent publications analyze HTTP/3 protocol performance in IoT/fog computing, gamification in software testing courses, and genetic algorithm applications for testing optimization. His work also addresses course timetabling challenges and blended learning environments.
