Marius Radulescu is an Advanced Lecturer and Course Coordinator for MATH 118 (Precalculus II) and MATH 130 (Business Calculus) at Loyola University Chicago's Department of Mathematics & Statistics. He holds a B.S. and graduate studies in Mathematics from the University of Bucharest and the Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy, alongside a M.A. in Education and M.S. in Mathematics from Chicago State University. His teaching spans high school, college, and university levels in the Chicago area, supported by an Illinois Professional Educator License in Mathematics and Secondary Education.
Before joining Loyola, he taught at Chicago State University, Truman College, Daley College, and Morgan Park Academy. His research focuses on algebraic geometry and commutative algebra, particularly the study of algebraic vector bundles over elliptic fibrations. In 2015, he was honored with the University of Chicago's Outstanding Educator Award.
