Marius Meinhof

Dr. Marius Meinhof is a Researcher and Project Leader at the Department of Methods of Empirical Social Research, Faculty of Sociology, Bielefeld University. Since 2020, he leads the DFG-funded project "Civilized Families: Discourses of 'Filial Piety' in China in the Age of the 'Chinese Dream'." His work bridges postcolonial theory, material culture studies, and consumerist subjectivation.
