Marion Smith

Marion Smith KC is an Honorary Professor at Queen Mary University of London's School of Law, renowned for her expertise in construction, energy, and international arbitration. She advises clients across sectors including engineering, infrastructure, and transport, with a focus on adjudications, Technology and Construction Court (TCC) proceedings, and international arbitration.

Her roles include adjudicator, arbitrator (sole/presidential), and trusted advisor in global disputes. She is a Trustee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Chair since 2023) and Vice Chair of the Bar Council’s International Committee (England and Wales).
