Marion Consoli

Marion Consoli is a Researcher at the University of Geneva's Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial Law, where she serves as a research and teaching assistant under Professor Jacques de Werra. She is currently writing her doctoral thesis. Marion can be reached at marion.consoli@unige.ch.

Research Interests: Marion’s work centers on intellectual property, unfair competition, and the legal challenges associated with emerging technologies and innovation. Her research explores how commercial law adapts to modern technological and economic developments.
