Prof. Dr. Marion Büttgen holds the Chair of Business Administration (Corporate Management) at the University of Hohenheim since March 2009. Previously, she was a professor of Service Management at Stuttgart Media University (2006–2009). She earned her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Cologne (1999) and completed her habilitation in Business Administration there in 2006, focusing on consumer integration behavior in interactive service provision. Her research focuses on digital transformation, organizational behavior, AI-driven service innovation, and sustainable business practices.
