Marina Casanova is a Researcher at Plataforma Solar de Almería in Spain with over 7 years of experience in concentrated solar power (CSP), specializing in solar power towers and serving as Technical Lead in R&D.

Dr. Casanova's research focuses on thermal energy storage materials, point/linear focus systems (receivers and heat transfer media), measurement systems, and operations/maintenance reliability in CSP plants. She contributes to commercial projects and component durability research.
