Marija Mihova

Marija Mihova is a Professor at the Faculty of Natural Science and Mathematics, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. She obtained her PhD in Mathematics from the same institution in 2008 and has been actively involved in academic activities since 2000.

Her research focuses on applied mathematics, particularly applied probability and statistics, with specialized work on mathematical models in reliability theory for multi-state systems. She has published approximately 30 scientific papers and presented at over 30 conferences and workshops.

Marija has contributed to educational projects and served as an active member of the Informatics Society, organizing regional and international informatics competitions. She led the Macedonian delegation at two Balkan Olympiads of Informatics and is currently a board member of CSI.
