Marija Ileš Kaplan

Marija Ileš Kaplan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Finance and Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Osijek. Since February 2020, she has been actively involved in teaching seminar classes and exercises across various study programs, including undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels.

Her research focuses on Public Finance, Fiscal Policy, and Demography, with additional expertise in financial analyses, investment projects, and cost-benefit analysis. She completed a pedagogic-psychological training program at the Faculty of Education in Osijek (2022) and attended the Mini MBA in Finance program at the Croatian Institute of Public Finance.
