Marie van Staveren

Marie van Staveren is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). She holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Michigan (2007) and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemical and Materials Physics from the University of California, Irvine (2012). Dr. van Staveren teaches advanced laboratory courses, including Chem 311L: Advanced Lab I, Chem 312L: Advanced Lab II, and Chem 124L: General, Organic, and Biochemistry Lab.
