Dr. Marie Sarfati is a Full Professor in the Department of Medicine and Medical Specialties at the University of Montreal, and Director of the Immunoregulation Laboratory (CRCHUM). Her research focuses on chronic inflammatory diseases across skin and gastrointestinal systems.
