Marie-Pier Morin

Marie-Pier Morin is a full professor at the Faculty of Education, University of Sherbrooke. She serves as co-responsible for the Bachelor's program in preschool and primary teaching, and oversees Master's (ME/DESS) programs. Her research bridges mathematics, science, and technology education.

Her research focuses on mathematical problem-solving in primary education, didactic management of classroom challenges, interdisciplinary integration of mathematics, science, and technology (MST), and technology-enhanced math instruction. Recent work explores support systems for students with learning difficulties and collaborative teaching practices.

Her publications and presentations highlight innovative approaches to mathematics education, including snowflake geometry and gamified probability learning. She actively engages in international conferences like EMF, CIEAEM, and AMQ, and collaborates on curriculum analysis projects.
