Marie Dasborough

Marie Dasborough is a Professor in the Department of Management at the Miami Herbert Business School, University of Miami. She serves as the Academic Director of the Master of Science in Leadership Program, focusing on organizational behavior, leadership dynamics, and the impact of emerging technologies like AI on workplace practices.

Research Interests: Her work explores the intersection of mindfulness and leadership effectiveness, crisis management frameworks, and the ethical implications of AI in organizational contexts.
