Marianne Rugkåsa is a Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Social Work, Child Welfare and Social Policy at Oslo Metropolitan University. Her work bridges social work and social anthropology, focusing on migrant integration, child welfare with ethnic minorities, and antiracist practice. She leads the academic unit Living Conditions, Health, Work, and Social Inequalities.
