Marianne Constable is a Professor in the Department of Rhetoric at UC Berkeley, holding the Zaffaroni Family Chair in Undergraduate Education (2009-2014) and serving as Department Chair. Her interdisciplinary research examines legal discourse through philosophical, historical, and linguistic lenses.
