Dr. Maria Tatsiou is a Lecturer in Financial and Corporate Law at UCLan Cyprus, serving as Deputy Course Leader for Master of Laws (LL.M) programs. She holds a PhD in Law (University of Manchester, 2019) alongside advanced degrees in Corporate Governance and Law. Her research focuses on Commercial Law, Corporate Governance of financial institutions, Contract Law, and International Dispute Resolution mechanisms.
Teaching roles include leading courses such as International Corporate Governance, EU Economic Governance, and International Commercial Arbitration. She has held administrative roles including Senate Committee membership and Erasmus+ program coordination.
