Maria Persson is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, School of Economics and Management, Lund University. Her research focuses on international trade, economic integration, and interdisciplinary projects in forestry and biodiversity. She collaborates on studies such as the impact of infrastructure like the Öresund Bridge on trade, EU trade policies' effects on developing countries, and ecological aspects of forest management.
