Maria Hussain

Maria Hussain is an Associate Professor in Management and Organisations at Leeds University Business School. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Certified Business and Management Educator, with expertise in inclusive management education, intercultural competence, and organisational culture relating to EDI (race-equity) in complex organisations.

• Co-Chairs the Muslim Staff Network, influencing university-wide EDI policy
• Appointed as a national Race Equality Charter (REC) Review Panellist at Advance HE
