Maria Hamdani

Maria Hamdani is a Professor of Management at the University of Akron, with a focus on Organization Behavior Management. She holds a PhD from the University of Oklahoma, an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences, and a BS in Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, her research bridges behavioral psychology with organizational practices, targeting areas like employee recruitment, neurodiversity in the workplace, and workplace interventions using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
