Maria Gonzalez Davis is a Teaching Professor of Spanish at Oxford College of Emory University. She teaches beginner to advanced Spanish courses, including Early Hispanic Texts and Contexts, Modern Hispanic Texts and Contexts, and Theater, Film and Performing Art, and leads a Discovery Seminar on Fantasy and the Supernatural in Literature. Davis directs the Emory Summer Study Abroad Program in Spain and has organized numerous Hispanic cultural events and film festivals.
