Maria Glans

Maria Glans is a Postdoctoral Fellow and Clinical Pharmacist affiliated with Lund University's Faculty of Medicine and Region Skåne. Her work focuses on medication safety and improving care for older adults, particularly addressing hospital readmissions within 30 days of discharge.
