Maria Gkoutziomitrou is a Lecturer at the Department of English Studies, Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), and a predoctoral research fellow funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation (FPI scholarship, 2023-2027). She holds a BA from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2018) and an MA in English Linguistics (UCM, 2022, with Distinction).
