Maria De Angelis

Maria De Angelis is a Full Professor at the University of Bari Aldo Moro (UniBA) and serves as Director of the Department of Soil, Plant and Food Sciences (Di.SSPA). Her research focuses on food microbiology, gut microbiota interactions, and nutritional enhancement of fermented products.
