Maria Aagesen

Maria Aagesen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Health at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU), affiliated with the Faculty of Health Sciences. Her work focuses on user perspectives and community-based interventions, particularly in cancer rehabilitation for young adult survivors. She holds a PhD from SDU (2024) and completed postdoctoral research at Rigshospitalet since 2024.
