Margrethe Røed is a Research Fellow at the University of Agder's Department of Nutrition and Public Health. She teaches food and health education to primary school teacher candidates at bachelor/master levels and health communication in public health programs. As subject coordinator for food and health, she integrates sustainability and pedagogy into curricula.
