Margit Reischer

Dr. Margit Reischer is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics at Georgetown University. She was previously a postdoctoral research scholar in the Economics Division at Columbia Business School, Columbia University, and earned her Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge.

Her research focuses on Macroeconomics, Production Networks, and Applied Macroeconometrics. She is affiliated with the Janeway Institute and has held temporary visiting positions at multiple institutions between 2022 and 2025.
