Marge-Reet Usk

Marge-Reet Usk is a Junior Research Fellow in Public Law at the University of Tartu's School of Law since 2024. She holds a Master of Laws degree (2022) and is currently pursuing her PhD in Law, focusing on constitutional assemblies and legal development.
