Dr. Margaret Elizabeth Kruk is a Professor of Health Systems at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, part of Harvard University. She previously held roles as Associate Professor at Columbia University and Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan. Her research focuses on improving health system quality in low-income countries, using implementation science and econometric methods to evaluate large-scale reforms. She chairs the Lancet Global Health Commission on High Quality Health Systems in the SDG Era and directs the QuEST Network, a multi-country initiative to enhance health systems globally.
