Margaret Breen is a Professor in the Department of English at the University of Connecticut. She serves as the Regional Campus Liaison and specializes in LGBTQ+ Literature, Queer Theory, Women’s Writing, and Feminist Literary Theory. Her current research projects include the novel Are They Women? A Novel Concerning the Third Sex (and its German counterpart Sind es Frauen? Roman über das dritte Geschlecht) and Narratives of Queer Desire, reflecting her focus on gender and sexuality in literary contexts.
