Marcus Valenzuela

Dr. Marcus A. Valenzuela is an Associate Professor of Management in the Marshall E. Rinker, Sr. School of Business at Palm Beach Atlantic University. His academic and professional affiliations focus on organizational behavior, HRM, and intercultural dynamics in business contexts.

His research explores (1) immigrant and minority worker experiences in organizations, and (2) the impact of acculturation on workforce dynamics and business practices. These interests bridge cultural studies and organizational theory.
