Professor Marcus Doherr is a faculty member in the Department of Veterinary Medicine at the Free University of Berlin. He serves as Director of the Institute of Veterinary Epidemiology and Biometry, Co-Editor-in-Chief of *Preventive Veterinary Medicine*, and Diplomate of the European College for Veterinary Public Health (ECVPH). His research focuses on veterinary epidemiology, biometry, and public health initiatives including antibiotic resistance monitoring and One Health approaches.
His work includes applied epidemiology projects like ENVIRE HKPMon (antibiotic use and resistance in companion animals), KAbMon (calf antibiotic monitoring), and PAC-Campy (Campylobacter infections in One Health context).
