Marcel Olbert is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at London Business School, where he has served since 2020. He holds positions as a Junior Research Associate at ZEW (Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research) and a Research Fellow of TRR 266 Accounting for Transparency. His research focuses on corporate taxation, disclosure regulation, and their real-world impacts on multinational firms and sustainability, including studies on carbon leakage and global tax reforms.
