Marc Steinmann

Marc Steinmann is an Assistant Professor at the Université de Franche-Comté, specializing in critical zone geochemistry and karst hydrogeology. He leads the Jurassic Karst hydrogeological observatory, part of France’s national SNO Karst network, and oversees the Earth Sciences Bachelor program. His research focuses on interdisciplinary studies of karst systems, peatlands, and geochemical processes influenced by climate change.
