Marc Goldchstein

Marc Goldchstein is a Paid Guest Professor in the School of Business Technology and Operations at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), Belgium. He serves as a Valorisation/Business Development Officer at VUB's technology transfer interface and is a board member of tech firms Collibra and Elsyca. A seasoned team leader, business strategist, and product manager in software and IT, he co-edits the www.goldchstein.com photography blog.

He supervised the 2023 Master's thesis Een onderzoek naar de uitdagingen voor scale-ups... with N.F.A. Verstraete and C. van Vessem. He contributed to VUB's industrial engineering department courses (2008-2011) and organized the Starterseminaries workshop series.

Marc is affiliated with the Brussels Photonics Team (B-PHOT) at VUB, which pioneered European photonics innovation. His academic activities span projects like ADSI248: Technology Entrepreneurship (2010→) and VLE31: Brugproject tussen economie en onderwijs (2007-2009), focusing on education-business integration.
