Marc Goedhart

Marc Goedhart is a part-time full professor in Corporate Valuation at Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University Rotterdam) and a Senior Expert in Corporate Finance at McKinsey & Company. He has over 20 years of experience advising executives on corporate strategy, valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and capital structure across industries like energy, utilities, pharma & healthcare, and consumer goods in Europe and Asia.

His research interests span corporate finance, firm valuation, pharmacokinetics, neuroscience, and econometrics. Notable work includes co-authoring the widely cited book Valuation: Measuring and Managing the Value of Companies, now in its 7th edition, and publishing in academic journals like CPT: Pharmacometrics and Systems Pharmacology and European Journal of Operational Research.
