Marc Fleming is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy at Chapman University School of Pharmacy. He holds a Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin, with additional degrees including a Bachelor of Science from Texas Southern University, Master of Public Health from Virginia Commonwealth University, and Master of Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
