Manuela Russo

Dr. Manuela Russo is a Research Fellow and Project Manager at Queen Mary University of London, affiliated with the Wolfson Institute of Population Health and the Unit of Social and Community Psychiatry. She holds a PhD in psychosis from King’s College London and a clinical psychology degree from Italy. Her research focuses on psychosis, neurocognition, social cognition, and implementation science in psychotic disorders. Currently, she leads the IMPULSE study, an EC-funded Horizon 2020 project.

Education background includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Italy.
• PhD in Psychosis from King’s College London.

Her research interests are centered around:

• Psychosis and related disorders.
• Neurocognitive and social cognitive aspects of psychotic disorders.
• Implementation science to improve clinical practices.
