Manon ENJOLRAS

Manon ENJOLRAS is an Associate Professor at the Université de Lorraine, affiliated with the National School of Geology and Industrial Sciences (ENSGSI). She co-coordinates the 3rd Year Engineering Program and Industrial Projects for 2nd Year Engineering students. Her research focuses on innovation management, leveraging multicriteria analysis and decision support tools within the ERPI laboratory. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Systems Engineering (2016) and a degree in Systems and Innovation Engineering (2013), both from ENSGSI/Université de Lorraine.

Teaching responsibilities include courses on Decision Support Methodology, Innovation Engineering, Open Innovation, and Agile SME Digital Transition. Her research explores innovation capabilities in SMEs and territories, with a focus on export strategies, resilience, and collaborative decision-making. She serves on the AFNOR/CN INNOV Standardization Committee for Innovation Management.

Key contributions include frameworks linking innovation to export performance, methodologies for evaluating territorial resilience, and tools for SME innovation readiness. Her work integrates multidisciplinary approaches, emphasizing practical applications in industry and public administration.
