Manoj Kaplinghat

Manoj Kaplinghat is Professor and Chair of the Department of Physics & Astronomy at the University of California, Irvine. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from The Ohio State University. His research focuses on theoretical cosmology, dark matter physics, and structure formation in the universe.

Kaplinghat's work examines the nature of dark matter through astrophysical observations and simulations. Recent research explores self-interacting dark matter models, galactic rotation curve diversity, and dark matter subhalo interactions.
