Manoel Andrade Neto is a Full Professor at the Federal University of Ceara in Brazil, renowned for pioneering educational initiatives such as the Cooperative Cell Education Program (PRECE) and the Cooperative Learning Program in Student Cells (PACCE). He founded the NGO Heart of Student Institute in 1998 to support educational reforms in basic education through teacher and student training.
