Professor Manfred Broy is a renowned computer scientist and TUM alumnus, having spent nearly four decades at the university. He earned his Diplom in Mathematics (1976), PhD (1980), and habilitation (1982) at TUM. As a professor, he became the founding dean of TUM’s Department of Computer Science (1992) and later served as founding president of the Zentrum Digitalisierung.Bayern (ZD.B).
