Dr. Mandy Duncan is Deputy Head of the Institute of Education and Senior Lecturer in Bioscience at the University of Worcester. She leads research, knowledge exchange, and partnerships, with expertise in childhood studies, children's rights, and educational innovation. Previously Head of Department for Children and Families, she began her career as a nursery nurse and college educator.
