Mallory Wetherell is an Associate Professor of Art and Design and head of the ceramics program at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Her work bridges figurative sculpture with anatomical themes, using porcelain and underglaze techniques inspired by 18th-century medical illustrations and commemorative ceramics.

- MFA in Ceramics from University of Massachusetts–Dartmouth (2010)
Her research explores the intersection of human anatomy and personal relationships through graphic, autobiographical ceramic art. She has exhibited nationally at venues including The Clay Studio of Missoula, Schacht Gallery, and Arch Contemporary Ceramics Gallery.
