Malin Andreasson is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Groningen, specializing in energy law and sustainability. She is pursuing a PhD in Energy Law at the Groningen Centre of Energy Law and Sustainability, researching legal aspects of offshore wind energy and hydrogen storage in the North Sea.

Education includes two cum laude LL.M degrees: International and European Law (University of Gothenburg, 2017) and Energy and Climate Law (University of Groningen, 2018). She has presented at academic events including the 2025 EU Hydrogen Regulatory Conference.
