Malcolm Hole

Professor Malcolm Hole is a Personal Chair at the University of Aberdeen's School of Geosciences, where he serves as Head of the Geology & Geophysics Discipline and Undergraduate Programme Coordinator. With a career spanning multiple decades, he has specialized in volcanology, igneous petrology, and large igneous provinces (LIPs), particularly focusing on the geology of Scotland and its global implications.
