Mahendra Gujarathi

Mahendra Gujarathi is the Rae D. Anderson Professor of Accounting at Bentley University's School of Business. He holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management, an MCom from the University of Pune, and a BCom from the University of Pune. His teaching focuses on Financial Accounting, International Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, Managerial Accounting, and Management Control Systems.

His research interests include Earnings Management, Accounting Education, Foreign Exchange Risk Management, and International Financial Reporting. He has served on numerous university committees including AACSB Accreditation, Promotion and Tenure, and as Chair of the International Accounting Section at the American Accounting Association. Dr. Gujarathi also contributes to academic leadership through editorial roles at the Journal of Accounting Education and Journal of International Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.
