Magnus Rahbæk Finderup Andersen

Magnus Rahbæk Finderup Andersen is a Research Fellow at the Department of Politics and Society, Aalborg University, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. He is part of the Public Administration & Digitalization Centre and the Centre for Information Systems Management. His research focuses on generative AI and speech recognition technologies, particularly their implementation in Danish eldercare and healthcare sectors through institutional translation theory. He contributes to the REPAI project, investigating responsible AI applications for value creation.

Key projects include the EU-funded REPAI initiative (2023–2027), exploring computational discourse analysis, speech recognition, and ethical AI frameworks. His outputs include peer-reviewed book chapters on organizational learning and conference posters analyzing technology diffusion challenges.

Teaching responsibilities involve IT project management, psychological safety, and systematic literature reviews at the master's level. He emphasizes regenerative leadership and process-oriented methodologies in his pedagogy.
