Magnus Håkenstad

Magnus Håkenstad is a Researcher at the Norwegian Defence University College's Department of Defense Studies. He holds a master's degree in history from the University of Oslo and is currently pursuing a doctorate there focusing on the Armed Forces' assistance to the police. His work spans defense history, policy restructuring, and civil-military relations.
