Magnus Echtler

Dr. Magnus Echtler is a Fellow at the University of Bayreuth's Africa Multiple Cluster of Excellence, specializing in African religious movements. Holding a PhD in Anthropology from Bayreuth (2008), he has served as Lecturer in African Religions (2005-2014), Research Fellow (2014-2018), and current Habilitand in Anthropology since 2018.
